I wanted to let ya’ll know that the deadline to register for the Progressive Dinner by Bicycle Ride Fund Raiser is Sunday, August 12th at 3pm (The ride is Sunday, August 19th at 3pm). That is fast approaching. So if you want in on the ride, now is the time to register. If you don’t want to register online you can pay in person at our retail shop at 3611 Cass Ave, Detroit.
For those of you that don’t know. The Progressive Dinner by Bicycle Ride Fund Raiser is a leisurely ride around the city. Every few miles we stop at a park and eat some food together. It is a great way to see some of the city and taste some of what Detroit has to offer food wise. The profits from the ride will go towards The Hub’s youth educational programs. This year in particular, the money will help send our Mechanic-in-Training students to New York City for the Youth Bike Summit next January.
So if you have the afternoon available on August 19th and think this sounds like a good time, please register and join us!
