I tend to make events based off what I like.  Luckily, I share some things I like with other folks.  In the past I’ve done a Progressive Dinner by Bicycle Ride Fundraiser.  Turns out that riding bikes and eating food is a win-win situation that everyone likes.  So I’m combining those things a with a twist.

How about eating dinner and then watching movies about biking?  Yeah?  Sounds good to me too.  Here is how it is going to work:
Date: Friday, December 14th
Location: OmniCorp Detroit, 1501 Division St, Detroit (in Eastern Market)
Time: 6:30pm dinner is served, 7:30pm the first movie starts
Cost: $20 (in advance) for dinner and a movie, $10 just for the movies (in advance or at door)
Movies: The Bicycle Thief, 2 Seconds and a documentary about Back Alley Bikes and The Hub of Detroit by one of our volunteers Bill Hall.
Food: Sliders (both meat and non-meat) by Slows BBQ with chili and salad by Organaman.

You can register for the event by clicking on the big green button on the top left of our website or by going to this link.

So, see ya there?

And here is a flier for the event as well:
