Below you will see a wonderful piece of mail we received from one of our donors Lainey. Last month I posted about Pedal for a Purpose put on by Fraser Bicycle. The event took place on March 8th and Lainey got a team together to ride for Back Alley Bikes. The team took turns riding for 12 hours and raised $1,005 for Back Alley Bikes. I asked Lainey how many miles the team rode and she didn’t remember. After riding for 12 hours collectively I can understand how that would happen.
This isn’t Lainey’s first time helping us out in such a way. Both on her own time and with the help of Club Fraser (of which Lainey is a member) we’ve received donations of money, bikes and bike parts.
