So you know that the registration for the Progressive Dinner by Bicycle Ride is live right? Just click on that link to go to the registration page.
In the last post I wrote (about a week ago) to let you know about the ride I was awaiting the response from food vendors to see who could participate this time around. Well, we don’t have our full roster yet, but I’m happy to announce that Scott Grenerth will be making dessert for the ride this August (he made the tarts this past May). Also returning will be Detroit Vegan Soul who served Okra Stew this past May.
I added a link to the left “sidebar” of our website so the link to register will always be on our main page. Registration will close on August 12th so we can have a full count a week in advance to help prepare the right amount of food for the ride.
Many folks have been asking if this ride will only feature vegan food. This depends on which food vendors participate this August. Detroit Vegan Soul will obviously be serving only herbivore food. However, at other stops there may be omnivore options.
